Does the driver app work offline?

Yes. The Driver App and the Warehouse App are fully offline-tolerant — deliveries, signatures, photos and payments capture locally and sync the moment connectivity returns. No data is lost in a tunnel or a basement.

Will it integrate with my accounting system?

Native two-way sync with Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Invoices, payments and credit notes flow straight from ePOD into your ledger — no manual rekeying.

How long does setup take?

Most customers pilot one route, depot or store within 4–6 weeks and are live across every site within 8–12 weeks. The pilot is the gate — we don’t scale until your team has signed off the playbook.

Which industries do you support?

Can we take payment at delivery, in-store and online?

Yes — Stripe and EchoPay are built into the Driver, POS, Customer Portal and Consumer apps. Card, cash, cheque or credit; payments reconcile against the invoice automatically and post straight to your accounting system.

Do you support D2C as well as B2B?

Yes. The B2B Customer Portal and the white-labelled D2C Consumer App both feed the same order spine — every order, whether placed by a buying office or an end consumer, drops onto your existing routes and is fulfilled by the same drivers.
