Does it include fuel management?

RouteMagic does not have a fuel-card module. It captures the distance and per-route mileage that feed a fuel-cost picture, but if you need full fuel management software with pump-level transactions, keep your fuel-card provider and use RouteMagic for tracking, inspections, maintenance and driver activity.

Does Route Monitor work across multiple branches?

Yes — the live map runs cross-branch and per-territory; the master tenant gets consolidated visibility while branch users see their own scope. Multi-branch tenants (Company Branch Warehouse Setup) and franchise scoping both supported.

How does geo-fenced visit confirmation work?

A radius around each customer’s configured lat/long acts as a geo-fence; the vehicle entering it auto-confirms arrival; dwell time tracks; exiting fires the stop-complete event. Out-of-fence visits flag as exceptions on the map for the dispatcher.

Can the driver app capture vehicle inspections?

Yes — pre-shift Vehicle Inspection runs on the driver app with a configurable checklist per vehicle type, per-line photo prompt, defect flagging with severity, and signature on glass. Severity-based defects route to the assigned workshop for service-order auto-generation.

How are vehicle maintenance schedules handled?

Per-vehicle service intervals (daily / weekly / monthly) auto-generate service orders when due; orders route to the vehicle’s default workshop with location, branch and operating hours captured; the workshop signs off; the record posts to per-vehicle service history.

What customer notifications are supported?

WhatsApp (via WhatsApp Cloud API), SMS, email and push notifications. Trigger moments: order confirmation, out-for-delivery, pre-arrival ETA, POD signed, invoice issued. Drivers can also send ad-hoc templated messages (On the way, Delayed, Arrived — no answer).
