    Capture the order

    Orders land from every channel in one pending queue.

    Sale orders run from capture to invoice with order types for telesales, consignment (sale-or-return), service and recurring standing orders. Convert quotations into live orders, process returns and returns-based credit notes, and apply Buy X Get Y and customer-specific offers, with commission tracking and a contextual Actions menu on every order. It all draws on one master record — customers and delivery points, credit classes and terms, territories and regional pricing, and a product catalogue of SKUs, barcodes, units of measure, catch weight and packaging — so price lists, rebate tiers and promotions resolve the same way every time.

    Approve

    A reviewer clears each order before it plans.

    Orders hold in Pending until a reviewer approves them, so credit, pricing and accuracy are all checked before anything commits to planning. Credit classes and terms are enforced at this gate, and last-minute amendments are still possible before fulfilment begins.

    Plan & optimise

    Drag onto routes or auto-optimise, capacity-aware.

    The Route Planner is a drag-and-drop board that allocates orders across wholesale and van sales together, up to seven days ahead. Drop orders to set sequence or run Auto-Optimize to re-sequence by drive time and delivery windows. Capacity and weight gauges update live, vehicle-skill validation keeps the wrong stock off the wrong van, and any ETA outside a customer’s window is flagged. Lock routes against edits, assign driver and vehicle, bulk-upload assignments via CSV, and hand straight to Pick-Pack-Load.

    Lock, pick, pack, load

    Lock the route and push the work to the warehouse.

    Approved routes push through Pick, Pack and Load — individually or in bulk — with full batch traceability, FIFO/FEFO and expiry-date control. Stock takes, van stock and warehouse transfers stay reconciled, with stock valuation visible throughout. Catch-weight handling covers variable-weight products like meat, fish and produce, and AI-backed Forecast Sales projects demand from each product’s sales history.

    Dispatch & monitor

    Track live ETAs and exceptions, reflow mid-day.

    Route Monitor shows the day’s routes as tiles on a live Google Maps layer, colour-coded by status, with driver positions and trails in real time. Drill into any stop for arrival and departure times, ETA, signature, POD images, payment summary and inspection report, and act on geo-fence, idle-time and exception alerts as they surface — reassigning, cancelling or re-sequencing stops, or messaging a driver, mid-day. Behind it, fleet management keeps vehicles road-ready with maintenance schedules, workshop visits and service history, vehicle-skill matching, tracked driver breaks, and sales targets that keep field teams aligned.

    Capture proof of delivery & payment

    Signatures, photos, and payments return in real time.

    Signatures, photos, notes and payments — cash, card or credit — come back in real time and post against the order. Geo-fences confirm the visit, and a failed delivery triggers a return or reschedule rather than a gap in the record.

    Invoice & reconcile

    Invoice, record payment, and sync to your accounts.

    Completed deliveries turn into invoices and credit notes, and payments reconcile through customer balance ledgers and aging reports. A configurable connector syncs invoices, customers and payments to Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Tally or Zoho Books, with field and tax mapping and its own sync log for a clean audit trail. From there, Core Reports cover daily summaries, sales detail, returns and cash deposits, the Daily Activity Summary tracks driver performance, and administration — branch and warehouse setup, role-based access, MFA, tax configuration, PDF templates, bulk and OCR import, and franchise management — keeps the whole operation running your way.
