RouteMagic is priced per user, per month, across three plans: RouteMagic Lite at £29, RouteMagic Core at £39 (the plan most teams start on) and RouteMagic Premium at £59. Your monthly cost is the plan price multiplied by the number of users on the platform.
Is pricing per user or per vehicle?
Per user. A user is anyone who signs in: a driver, van-sales rep, warehouse operator, customer-service agent or back-office user. There is no separate charge per van or per route, so you pay only for the people who actually use the system.
Do all the apps come with the subscription, or are they priced separately?
They are part of the platform, not separate products. The back-office, warehouse, driver, customer portal, D2C consumer and POS apps all run off the same subscription. You license the platform per user rather than each app individually.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-serve free trial, because every rollout is configured to your routes, stock and accounting setup. Instead we start with a scoped pilot on one route, depot or store (usually live within 4–6 weeks) so you can judge it on your own operation before scaling. Book a demo to start that conversation.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
Yes. A one-off implementation fee covers configuration, data migration, integration setup and training, scoped by team size (from £1,000 for a small team, up to a custom quote above 20 users; see the implementation section above). After go-live you pay only the monthly per-user subscription.
What is the difference between the plans, and can I change later?
Lite is a starter for a single team; Core is the full order-to-cash platform, where most teams begin; Premium adds advanced analytics, multi-site scale and priority support. Optional add-ons layer on extras such as additional integrations. You can move up a plan or add modules whenever your operation needs them.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No proprietary hardware. The apps run on standard Android and iOS phones and tablets, and print to off-the-shelf Bluetooth thermal printers. There is no RouteMagic-specific device to buy.
