Is this delivery management software or route planning software?
Both — they are the same job seen from two ends. The delivery management system plans the round, loads the vans, dispatches the day and tracks every drop through to proof of delivery. You are not buying a planner and a tracker separately.
Do you do vehicle routing software for multi-drop rounds?
Yes. The vehicle routing engine sequences drops against time windows, vehicle capacity, driver shifts and access constraints, then hands the plan straight to the driver app.
